Order cancellations

Cancellation of orders due to error is permitted within 24 hours of order.

Otherwise we generally do not allow order cancellations for change of mind - purchasing the product with a valid payment method constitutes a contract of sale.

If there is a good reason for cancelling your order after 24 hours, please email us at support@themultoyverse.net to discuss.

EU Customers

We follow the new rules instituted in the EU - cancellations and returns are possible for up to 14 days after fulfilment of the final item. Original shipping will not be refunded. Customers pay return shipping and a restocking fee of 15%.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will happily exchange or refund items if they are defective, missing a part or damaged. Contact us at support@themultoyverse.net and supply photos of the damage/defect or details of the missing part/s. We will apprise you of whether the item will need to be returned or not, and whether the item will be replaced or refunded. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

If the item needs to be returned, you are responsible for return shipping. We cannot guarantee the item will arrive back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement to you.

Preorders

Preorders are items that we order because you told us you wanted one. We charge a small deposit (generally no more than 10%) to secure the item.

Preorders can be cancelled however any monies already paid to the Multoyverse are non-refundable.

A full refund will be provided if circumstances beyond our control mean we are unable to source the item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is processed by them.
